Terms & Conditions

1. We will not be responsible for items lost through mail therefore we strongly encourage all customers to choose registered mail.

2. No cancellation of orders after payment is made.

3. All items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, subject to terms and conditions.

4. We will mail out the items within 2 working days after receiving your payment. But do note that singpost might encounter with large amount of mails on weekends, thus delaying some bulky items.

5. We will not be liable for any damaged items during the delivery process, but we will ensure all products are carefully packed before delivery.

6. For safety purposes, if you have allergic skin please do a patch test before using the products you have not used before. Stop using the products if skin irritation occurs.We shall not be held responsible for any skin irritation occuring from using the products, for serious conditions please consult a doctor immediately.
